  • The majority of AEs of special interest related to Avastin were grade ≤2.
  • The rates of grade ≥3 hypertension, haemoptysis and GI perforation were low.
  • The incidence of grade ≥3 pulmonary haemorrhage/haemoptysis was low (0.7%).
  • No cases of CNS haemorrhage have been reported in patients previously diagnosed with CNS metastases.
