PointBreak: Avastin plus pemetrexed first line until PD

• In the ongoing PointBreak trial, patients are randomised to one of
  • first-line Avastin 15mg/kg plus carboplatin/pemetrexed followed by Avastin plus pemetrexed until PD
  • first-line Avastin, 15mg/kg every 3 weeks, plus carboplatin/paclitaxel followed by single-agent Avastin until PD.
