  • TTP was significantly increased in the Avastin 15mg/kg arm versus the chemotherapy only arm (p=0.023) (investigator’s assessment).
  • Median OS improved by 2.8 months (p=0.63) in the Avastin 15mg/kg arm versus the chemotherapy only arm (investigator’s assessment).
  • Avastin 15mg/kg was selected for further development.
