  • An ongoing phase IV observational cohort trial of Avastin in combination with chemotherapy for treatment of locally advanced or metastatic non-squamous NSCLC.15
  • Objectives are to
    • assess the effectiveness of first-line Avastin-based therapy in a general practice setting
    • explore the association between effectiveness and chemotherapy regimens, Avastin dose, treatment duration and treatment patterns
    • describe outcomes of serious AEs associated with Avastin.
 
  • Primary endpoint
    • PFS.
  • Secondary endpoint
    • safety.
